








Hand Building Pottery Workshop - 3 Session Workshop
A 3-session pottery workshop focused on traditional hand-building and hand-crafting techniques. Students will create ceramic pieces like bowls, plates, trays, or small sculptural forms. The course covers basic forming, shaping, and decorating, followed by glazing and kiln firing.

June 28th 10am-12pm
July 5th 10am-12pm
July 12th 10am-12pm
Who: Adults and older teens (15+ recommended)
Location: 420 Main St. Johnstown PA 15901
What Students Will Do:
Hand-build pottery using slab and sculpting techniques
Decorate and glaze their work
Pick up fully kiln-fired, finished pottery after completion
Materials Provided:
Clay (approx. 6 lbs per student)
Hand tools and studio equipment
Underglazes and glazes
Bisque and glaze firings
Class Size Limit: 8 Students
